How to measure your feet
- Place a sheet of paper on the floor with one edge against a wall.
- Stand on it with your heel touching the wall.
- Mark the tip of your longest toe and measure the distance heel–mark.
- Use this length to find your size in the chart.

How to Measure
- Finding your underbust measurement. Wear a wired, non-padded bra. Place the measuring tape around your back and directly under your bust, where the band of your bra sits. Keep the tape parallel to the floor, arms by your side, exhale, and pull the tape so it sits firmly. Record your underbust.
- Finding your bust measurement. With your elbows down, place the measuring tape across your back at band level, under each arm, and around the fullest part of your bust. Keep the tape parallel to the floor and your arms by your side. Breathe in and out lightly and record your measurement.
Tips to finding the perfect fit
- The center front of the bra should lay flat against your chest; a gap indicates the cup is too big.
- Your band should remain parallel to the ground even when moving arms; rising indicates the band may be too big.
- Adjust shoulder straps so they are comfortably snug.
- Your breast should fit entirely inside the cup with the underwire supporting. Spillage on the top/sides or cups lifting may indicate a size that is too small.

A synthetic fabric upper reinforced with TPU supports the foot through repeated wear. Inside, the synthetic lining and insole keep the step-in feel consistent.
An EVA-based outsole delivers lightweight cushioning, while TPU in the mix adds support and durability as you pick up the pace.

All items purchased from D.Franklin through our website can be exchanged or returned within a maximum period of 14 calendar days from the delivery date of the order.
- Exchanges
The free exchange service through our Returns Portal is exclusively available for orders placed from Spain or Portugal. Our customers can request a size exchange within 14 days from the delivery date of their order.
One free exchange per order: Each order includes the possibility of one free exchange. If a second exchange is desired, a return must be processed, with €11.97 deducted from the total amount, and a new order with the desired size must be placed.
Orders processed from other countries are not eligible for free exchanges, so the customer must make a return through any carrier and place a new order with the new desired size via our Returns Portal. Return shipping costs will not be covered by D.Franklin.
- Returns
If you placed your order from Spain or Portugal and wish to return an item easily and conveniently, we offer a return service via our Returns Portal.
All returns will incur fees, which will be deducted from the final refund amount (€5.99 if the carrier provided by the company is chosen). If you choose the refund method through Gift Card, this fee will be waived.
If you do not want to manage your return using the offered methods, and for orders placed outside of Spain, you can return the product at your own expense by selecting the carrier of your choice. Return shipping costs will not be covered by D.Franklin. Please note that since this is not a service provided by us, we cannot assume liability for the returned package if the cause is not attributable to D.Franklin, so we recommend that you keep a proof of shipment.
