1. Processing and Preparation Time +
Orders are shipped from Spain using various courier services, selected based on the destination country and logistical availability. Once the purchase is completed and the order is confirmed, we prepare it for shipment as quickly as possible. The preparation time ranges from 24 to 48 business hours.
During certain times of the year — such as sales, special campaigns, product launches, or peak commercial periods (e.g., Black Week, Cyberweek, or Christmas) — orders may require a slightly longer preparation or delivery time due to the increased volume managed by logistics services.

3. Available Shipping Methods +
- Standard home delivery
Available for all destinations. (The last mile carrier may manage the delivery via an authorized pickup point if required by their local operation. In such cases, the customer will need to pick up the order at the location indicated by the carrier.)
- Delivery to pickup point
Available in: Spain, Portugal, France, Germany, Italy, Belgium, Netherlands, Luxembourg, Austria, and Poland. The cost is the same as the corresponding standard delivery. When the order is available at the selected pickup point, you will receive a notification with instructions on how to pick it up.
4. International Shipping and Customs +
For international shipments, authorities in each country may apply customs duties, taxes, or additional customs fees, which will always be the customer's responsibility. If the customer refuses the order, does not pay these charges, or does not carry out the necessary actions to retrieve it, the package may be retained, returned, or destroyed by authorities, with the company being exempt from any obligation of reimbursement or reshipment. According to Directive 2011/83/EU, the right of withdrawal does not apply if the failure to deliver is due to the customer. If the order had free shipping and a partial refund applies, the corresponding shipping cost for the destination country will be deducted from the amount to be refunded.
5. Track Your Order in Transit +
Once you receive the shipping confirmation email, you can check the status of your order via the link provided in the email or through our tracking page: https://tracking.dfranklincreation.com/es by simply entering the order confirmation number and the delivery postal code.
6. Order Receipt and Delivery Issues +
- Damaged package: Carefully check the packaging condition before accepting it. If it shows any damage, signs of tampering, or seals from other sources, it is necessary to refuse the delivery and notify us immediately. If it is not possible to refuse it, you must file a complaint with the carrier within 24 hours and then contact our Customer Service with the complaint copy and photos that prove it. This is essential for handling transport damage claims.
- Order not received: If the order appears as "delivered" but you haven't received it, you must inform us as soon as possible, within a maximum of 7 days from the indicated delivery date so that we can contact the carrier.
